(100% Chardonnay) The nose reveals notes of fresh fruit associated with slight notes of floral as well as small notes of butter and spices (cumin, white pepper). The palate is fruity, fresh, fat and well-balanced. The effervescence is fine. On the palate this Champagne expresses notes of juicy fruit, yellow peach, mirabelle plum and fresh grapes associated with a few notes of exotic fruits (including papaya). Good length.
