The nose is fresh, fine and offers a slight richness/creaminess. It reveals notes of lemon cream, fresh mandarin and slight notes of fresh exotic fruits associated with hints of brioche as well as a discreet hint of white flowers, almond and an imperceptible hint of spices. The palate is fine, fat and offers straightness, a slight tension, elegance, minerality as well as a beautiful balance. The effervescence is fine, elegant and straight. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of fresh lemon, fresh/crushed Granny Smith apple and slight notes of nectarine, green lemon zests associated with a disreet hint of honey as well as a subtle hint of vanilla, brioche and egg cream. Good length and persistence.
