The nose is fresh and offers a slight concentration. It reveals notes of crunchy pear, quince and slight / discreet touches of mandarin / lime zests, fresh kumquat associated with subtle hints of almond and very discreet hints of toasted oak / vanilla. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a nice acid frame, a small minerality, freshness as well as a small juiciness. Average size for bubbles. On the palate this Champagne expresses notes of lemon, green apple and quince associated with small / discreet touches of pear, quenette as well as a very discreet hint of brioche / almond (in the background).
