The nose is fresh and racy (limestone). It reveals notes of green apple, crunchy peach and small notes of quince associated with discreet hints of yellow/white flowers as well as a very discreet hint of honey. The palate is fruity, mineral, well-balanced and offers a good definition, fat, a fine juiciness, roundness, juiciness, a fine acidulous frame as well as a fleshy and juicy fruit. On the palate this Champagne expresses notes of ripe lemon, crunchy peach, zests as well as a very discreet hint of yellow flowers and bee wax. Good length.
