The nose reveals warm notes and notes of red fruits combined with a few notes of spices, vanilla flowers, Mirabelle plum as well as small notes of Golden apple and fine toasted notes. The effervescence is fine. On the palate this Champagne expresses notes of lime zest, hot tangerine and lemon associated with a few notes of Golden apple, quince and slight notes of short pastry. Good length and persistence.
