Champagne Péhu-Guiardel – Brut

Champagne Péhu-Guiardel – Brut

The nose offers freshness as well as a fine creaminess. It reveals notes of fleshy pear, flowers/rose and small notes of litchee associated with hints of citrus as well as very discreet hints of fresh mango and an imperceptible hint of spices. The palate is fresh, fruity, mineral, well-balanced and offers juiciness, a good volume, a good definition as well as a beautiful fresh fruit and juicy. The effervescence is well-built. On the palate this Champagne expresses notes if fleshy/juicy brugnon, fleshy/juicy apple and fleshy/juicy pear associated with small notes of citrus (lemon, kumquat) as well as fine touches of exotic fruits and a hint of mandarin. There is an imperceptible hint of almond on the persistence.
