The nose offers fine notes of quince, lemon and slight notes of mirabelle associated with a hint of apple, brioche / honey as well as a very discreet hint of caramelization. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, dry and offers an acid frame, a slight gourmandise as well as tension. The effervescence is dynamic as well as relatively fine. In the mouth this Champagne expresses notes of fresh apple, lemon and quince associated with slight notes of mirabelle, honey as well as a very discreet hint of brioche.
