It reveals notes of crunchy vine peach, juicy/fresh citrus and small notes of fleshy/fresh pear associated with fine touches of limestone as well as very discreet hints of egg cream and brioche/toasted almond. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a beautiful definition. The effervescence is very fine, elegant, very discreetly tight and offers dynamism, a very fine tension, freshness as well as elegance. The effervescence is fine, elegant and beautifully built. On the palate this Champagne expresses notes of juicy/ripe lemon, juicy/ripe vine peach and small notes of juicy/ripe apple associated with touches of crunchy quince as well as hints of limestone, zests, lemon caviar, fine hints of almond and an imperceptible hint of butter. Good length and good persistence. There is an imperceptible hint of grilled bread (in the background) on the persistence.
