The nose is elegant, fruity and offers a fine juiciness as well as a very fine intensity. It reveals notes of apple tree flowers, apple and small notes of lemon associated with touches of racy minerality as well as a hint of juicy white grapes and discreet hints of citrus. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, a fine acidulous frame, freshness, a beautiful roundness/suavity, a beautiful juiciness, delicacy as well as gourmandize. The effervescence is dynamic and offers a beautiful bubble finesse as well as suavity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy lemon, juicy green apple and small notes of juicy brugnon associated with touches of juicy mango, quenette as well as discreet hints of white flowers, limestone and an imperceptible hint of toasted/almond (in the background). Good length. Beautiful persistence on hints of minerality/limestone as well as a very discreet hint of dry almond (in the background).
