The nose reveals notes of lemon, fine notes of flowers and lemon flowers associated with a few fine notes of pineapple, raspberry (in the background) and spices (fine notes of cumin and ginger). The palate is fruity, mineral, quite silky and offers some creaminess. The effervescence is relatively fine. On the palate this Champagne expresses notes of lemon, clementine and winter cherry (Physalis) associated with touches of pâtisserie, pear and brioche. There is a little sweetness on the finish. Good length and persistence.
