Champagne Le Brun de Neuville – Lady de N – Cuvée Chardonnay – Brut

(Base 2008) The nose reveals notes of dried citrus, dried fruit and slight notes of brioche associated with fine notes of minerality / chalk. The palate is fruity, fresh, fat, dynamic and offers minerality and an acid frame. The attack is frank. The effervescence is very fine. In the mouth this Champagne expresses notes of citrus, fat, slight notes of pear, brioche and dried fruit associated with slight woody notes, notes of minerality / chalk, slight touches of zest, tangerine juice and a discrete note of lime. Good length and persistence. The finish is fat.
