Champagne Le Brun de Neuville – Blanc de Blancs – Cuvée Chardonnay – extra Brut

Champagne Le Brun de Neuville – Blanc de Blancs – Cuvée Chardonnay – extra Brut

(Base 2010) The nose is aromatic, relatively fresh and a bit complex. It reveals notes of lemon, citrus, fruit and spices associated with small notes of honey and candied orange zest. The palate is fruity, fresh, dynamic, well made, harmonious and offers a beautiful acid frame, minerality, slight touches of salinity and smoothness. The effervescence is fine and bright. The attack is frank. In the mouth this Champagne expresses notes of lemon, orange and mandarin combined with slight touches of white fruit, apricot as well as a touch of brioche, a discrete hint of pineapple in butter and honey. Good length and persistence with gourmande notes (lemon, brioche).
