Champagne Jacquinot – Symphonie – Millésime 2007 – Brut

Champagne Jacquinot – Symphonie – Millésime 2007 – Brut

(60% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir) The nose is fine, quite aromatic and offers a sensation of creaminess. It reveals slight touches of pâtisserie / vanilla crêpes, citrus and white fruit (a touch of brugnon, a hint of pear) combined with a discreet hint of jam, caramel and toast. The palate is fruity, mineral, slightly creamy, relatively gourmand, relatively bright and offers a small acid frame. The effervescence is fine and slightly creamy. In the mouth this Champagne expresses notes of brugnon, citrus (lemon, clementine), minerality and a touch of pear associated with a discreet touch of zest and a few slight woody notes. Good length.
