(Disgorgement: 12/28/2020) The nose is fresh, aromatic and offers a bit intensity. It reveals notes of lily of the valley, varietal, pear and small notes of lychee associated with touches of lemon, citrus, honeysuckle, fresh almond, fresh oak as well as a discreet hint of meringue. The palate is fruity, dynamic, beautifully fresh, racy and offers minerality, a small chiseled side, a fine fresh frame as well as a small stretched side. The effervescence is dynamic. On the palate this Champagne expresses notes of fresh pear, fresh lychee and small varietal notes associated with touches of honeysuckle, lily of the valley, meringue, hints of lemon, mesocarp as well as slight hints of fresh pineapple / crunchy and fresh almond. Good length.
