Champagne Drappier – Grande Sendrée 2008 – Brut

Beautiful mousse. The nose is fruity, elegant and quite discreet. It reveals notes of citrus (lemon, clementine) combined with a touch of white fruits, a discreet touch of crème pâtissière and a discreet touch of almond. The palate is fruity, gourmand, elegant and offers suavity, a beautiful balance and a mineral frame. The effervescence is fine and elegant. In the mouth this Champagne expresses notes of lemon combined with a touch of apricot (in the background), a few slight notes of nectarine, a discreet hint of clementine, slight notes of pâtisserie and discreet woody touches (bring roundness). Good length.
