The nose is fruity and offers a slight juiciness. It reveals notes of lemon, quince and slight notes of mirabelle associated with a touch of apricot, marzipan as well as a subtle hint of mandarin, flowers / acacia (in the background) and an imperceptible hint of beeswax. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, elegant, well-built and offers a slight acid frame, fat, suavity, a good freshness, a beautiful guideline as well as a good structure and a small juiciness. The effervescence is very fine, elegant, dynamic and offers a good volume. On the palate this Champagne expresses notes of lemon, fleshy peach and slight notes of apricot, tangerine associated with a slight touch of orange, marzipan / biscuit, crushed / compoted pear as well as discreet touches of zests. Beautiful aromatic persistence.
