The palate is fruity, well-balanced, elegant, well-built and offers a slight acid frame, fat, suavity, a good freshness, a beautiful guideline as well as a good structure and a small juiciness. The effervescence is very fine, elegant, dynamic and offers a good volume. On the palate this Champagne expresses notes of lemon, fleshy peach and slight notes of apricot, tangerine associated with a slight touch of orange, marzipan / biscuit, crushed / compoted pear as well as discreet touches of zests. Beautiful aromatic persistence.
