The nose is fruity and offers a fine creaminess. It reveals notes of raspberry and slight notes of candied cherry associated with slight notes of lemon, white peach as well as discreet notes of chalk, apple and a discreet hint of blackberry. The palate is fruity, gourmand, elegant, straight and offers tension. The effervescence is very fine and quite elegant. In the mouth this Champagne expresses notes of lemon, apple and slight notes of pear associated with discreet notes of crunchy white peach, discreet notes of black fruits as well as slight touches of brioche on the finish. Good length.
