(80% Pinot Noir, 20% Chardonnay) The nose is fruity. It reveals notes of white fruit, baked apple and slight notes of flowers associated with notes of citrus, a small note of blackberry as well as a touch of butter and a discreet hint of caramel. The palate is fruity, mineral, elegant, fat, suave, round and offers some fluidity. The effervescence is fine. On the palate this Champagne expresses notes of citrus associated with small notes of white fruit (baked apple, touches of pear and white peach), discreet notes of blackberry, raspberry and a slight note of honey. Good length.
