Champagne Boulachin Chaput – Carte Noire – Brut

(80% Pinot Noir, 20% Chardonnay) The nose is fruity. The palate is fruity, mineral, elegant, fat, suave, round and offers some fluidity. The effervescence is fine. On the palate this Champagne expresses notes of citrus associated with small notes of white fruit (baked apple, touches of pear and white peach), discreet notes of blackberry, raspberry and a slight note of honey. Good length.
