The mouth is fat, balanced, well-structured and dynamic. The effervescence is abundant. On the palate this Champagne expresses notes of citrus (lemon, orange) combined with touches of fresh pineapple, slight notes of flowers, brioche on the finish and a delicate note of vanilla. Good length and persistence.
