Champagne Beaumont des Crayères – Fleur Blanche 2009 – Blanc de Blancs – Brut

Champagne Beaumont des Crayères – Fleur Blanche 2009 – Blanc de Blancs – Brut

The nose offers a fine creaminess and a very fine intensity. It reveals notes of elderflower, ripe apple and small notes of citrus (lemon caviar, yuzu …) associated with touches of fleshy brugnon and very discreet nutmeg / spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, a fine juiciness, a beautiful roundness as well as a fine juicy / acidulous frame. The effervescence is fine. On the palate this Champagne expresses notes of juicy lemon, juicy mandarin and slight notes of yuzu associated with fine touches of nectarine, elderflower as well as discreet hints of brioche (in the background / bring roundness). Good length.
