Cennatoio 2017 – Chianti Classico

Cennatoio 2017 – Chianti Classico

The nose reveals notes of blackberry associated with small touches of juicy berries, leather as well as discreet hints of redcurrant and a imperceptible hint of grove/olive tree (in the background). The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, a fine mineral frame, a fine juiciness, a fine tension, a good guideline as well as straightness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy cassis, juicy redcurrant and more slightly small berries associated with subtle hint of Bigarreau cherry, liquorice as well as an imperceptible hint of olive tree/terroir. Tannins are fine, a bit tight and a slightly dry. Good length.
