The nose is mineral and offers freshness. It reveals notes of apple, quince, small notes of racy minerality associated with very fine hints of mesocarp, zests as well as a discreet hint of peach flowers (in the background). The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a juicy/finely acidulous frame, tension as well as a fine suavity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/ripe lemon, juicy/crunchy quince and small notes of juicy peach associated with fine touches of green apple and garrigue/rosemary.
