The nose is fruity and offers gourmandize and a fine richness. It reveals notes of fleshy strawberry, fleshy blackberry and small notes of blackcurrant associated with touches of liquorice as well as fine hints of racy minerality and discreet hints of grey pepper and caramelization. The mouth is elegant, racy, delicate, precise, offers a beautiful gourmandize, a small creaminess, dynamism, roundness, a fine acidulous frame, complexity as well as suavity. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of fleshy blackberry, fleshy blackcurrant and small notes of violet associated with fine touches of fleshy/juicy cherry, juicy small red berries as well as hints of chocolate, caramelization, very discreet hints of racy minerality and an imperceptible hint of toasted almond. Tannins are elegant, well-built and structuring. Good length and persistence.
