The nose offers a fine concentration as well as a fine intensity. It reveals notes of wild small fruits, cassis and small notes of liquorice associated with fine touches of undergrowth as well as a hint of Cuben pepper and spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a fine gourmandize, a fine freshness, tension, minerality, a fine richness as well as a fine acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of blackberry, cassis and small notes of ripe / juicy wild small fruits associated with fine touches of pulpy blueberry, undergrowth, liquorice as well as a hint of olive tree / black olive and dried leaf. Good persistence.
