Carillon d’Angélus 2012 – Saint-Emilion Grand Cru

Carillon d’Angélus 2012 – Saint-Emilion Grand Cru

The nose reveals notes of ripe fruit associated with a few very slight notes of peony, flowers, sweet spices and a hint of Sichuan pepper. The palate is harmonious, vibrant, gourmand, precise, “pure” and offers a beautiful creamy matter. In the mouth it expresses notes of fresh/crunchy fruit, blueberry, blackberry, red fruits and slight notes of chocolate. Tannins are fine. Good length.
