The nose is aromatic, elegant, complex, gourmand and offers complexity as well as a beautiful finesse of the grain. It reveals notes of juicy Boysenberry, ripe / juicy redcurrants and small touches of crushed cassis, crunchy raspberry combined with slight hints of almond, tonka bean as well as discreet hints of cardamom, sweet spices and an imperceptible hint of Sichuan pepper. The palate is well-balanced and offers a very beautiful freshness, minerality, a beautiful definition, a beautiful acid frame, suavity, a slight tension, crunchiness, an aerial side as well as a very beautiful, fine and slightly tight grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crunchy cassis, ripe / crunchy redcurrants and small notes of juicy / fresh raspberry associated with small touches of crunchy / fresh strawberry as well as small toasted touches, sweet spices, a hint of rose and an imperceptible hint of tonka bean.
