Cantina Valdadige 2018 – Pinot Grigio Delle Venezie DOC

The nose is fresh, fruity, slightly restrained and offers a fine crunchiness. It reveals notes of fresh / crunchy apple, fresh lemon and small notes of lemon blossom as well as a discreet hint of kumquat (in the background). The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a juicy / slightly acidulous frame, a good definition, a small tension, a fine roundness, gourmandize, a fine complexity, juiciness / suavity as well as a fine grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of vine peach, fleshy / juicy pear and small notes of quenette associated with fine touches of juicy / fresh lemon, ripe / juicy kumquat as well as very discreet hints of apple blossoms. Good length. There is an imperceptible almost saline mineral hint in the background / on the finish.
