The nose is fruity, fresh and offers a fine deepness and a very fine incisive side. It reveals notes of acidulous/fresh yellow plum, fresh quince and small notes of kumquat associated with fine touches of pear as well as very discreet hints of butter, nutmeg and pine/local vegetation (sens of the place). The mouth is fruity, well-balanced and offers a juicy/acidulous frame as well as a good definition. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of ripe/juicy blackberry, quince and small notes of kumquat associated with fine touches of pear as well as very fine hints of acidulous yellow plum and almond. A fine acidulous persistence.
