The nose is fruity and offers intensity, a fine density and a small power. It reveals notes of quince, lemon and small notes of kumquat zests associated with fine touches of small acidulous yellow fruits, fine hints of racy minerality and hints of nutmeg. The mouth is fruity, well-balanced and offers juiciness, an acidulous frame, minerality as well as a fine suavity. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of juicy/acidulous quince, juicy/acidulous yellow plum and small notes of juicy kumquat associated with very fine touches of zests, hints of apple and an imperceptible hint of spices.
