The nose is well-built, aromatic and offers power as well as a certain deepness. It reveals notes of cassis, violet, small notes of rise associated with touches of small wild fruits, pink pepper as well as fine hints of chocolate, liquorice stick, very discreet hints of spices, cardamom and toasted. The palate s fruity, mineral, well-balanced, elegant and offers a beautiful structure, a small creaminess, gourmandize as well as a fine acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of redcurrant cream, juicy/acidulous cassis, small notes of acidulous plum associated with touches of strawberry as well as hints of iris, rose, rose wood, fine hints of racy minerality, chocolate and toasted. A subtle hint of rose petal on the persistence.
