The wine has a pale color with green reflections. The nose is fruity and round with notes of juicy apricot, yellow peach and lemon. There is also a racy minerality and a hint of white pepper-like spice. The palate is round and fresh, fruity with an acidic structure. There are notes of lemon, juicy pear as well as white peach and green plum. It’s simple and well done. The finish is with a hint of salinity and a slight bitterness of verbena.
