The palate is aromatic, well-balanced, finely powerful and offers roundness, finesse and fat. On the palate, this Whiskey offers notes of honey, candied orange zest, kumquat and fine touches of lemon zest associated with hints of juniper, wood, a discreet grilled hint as well as touches of spices and cedar. Good length and good persistence. There is a hint of caramel on the aftertaste
