It reveals notes of gray pepper,plum and slight touches of blackberry associated with hints of red cherry as well as a subtle hint of ripe redcurrant. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a beautiful minerality, a beautiful juiciness. It reveals notes of gray pepper, plum and slight touches of blackberry associated with hints of red cherry as well as a subtle hint of ripe redcurrant. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a beautiful minerality, a beautiful juiciness, gourmandize as well as a slight minerality. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of plum, fleshy/ripe cherry and smalltouches of toasted oak, spices as well as a subtle hint of chocolate/cacao, Bourbon vanilla and a hint of oak. Good length and very beautiful persistence. There is a subtle hint of Cuben pepper on the persistence.
