In the mouth this wine expresses notes of plum, fleshy/ripe cherry and smalltouches of toasted oak, spices as well as a subtle hint of chocolate/cacao, Bourbon vanilla and a hint of oak. Good length and very beautiful persistence. There is a subtle hint of Cuben pepper on the persistence.
