The wine has a lovely pale grapefruit pink color. The nose is fresh and fruity, gourmand. There are notes of banana, juicy yellow peach as well as ripe apricot and guava. We also perceive beautiful floral aromas such as orange blossom and honeysuckle. The palate is fresh with a hint of bitterness on the attack. We find notes of banana, yellow peach and a touch of cream. We have a tangy frame that accompanies a fine hint of stewed red apple. The finish is salivating with a hint of salt and freshness brought by the acidity. It is a gourmet wine.
