The nose is fruity, gourmand, fresh and offers a slight richness, a slight concentration as well as a slight gourmandise. It reveals notes of blackberry jam and slight notes of crushed fresh cassis associated with discreet hints of toasted/caramelized oak as well as a slight touches of dark chocolate and hints of caramelization. The palate is fruity, mineral, fresh, juicy, well-balanced and offers a beautiful vitality, a nice freshness as well as tension. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of juicy cassis, fresh/ripe blackberry and slight hints of raspberry, red berries associated with a discreet hint of flowers, licorice as well as a subtle hint of mocha and a discreet hint of coffee. Good length and persistence.
