The nose is fruity, gourmand, generous and offers finesse. It reveals notes of blackberry jam, fresh cassis and discreet touches of fresh small fruits associated with slight notes of licorice as well as a touch of mocha and hints of vanilla oak. The palate is fruity, relatively powerful and offers freshness, fat, a nice juiciness of the fruit, suavity and a nice matter. There is a small acidity on the palate. The fruit explodes on the palate. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy cassis, blackberry and touches of raspberry associated with small notes of juicy red fruit as well as slight notes of licorice and toasted oak. Tannins are fine and slightly dry. Good length and fruity persistence.
