Armagnac Jean Cavé 1989 – Bas-Armagnac

The nose is powerful and aromatic. It reveals notes of orange zest, rancio ans slight notes of peach and salted butter caramel associated with a few notes of spices in the background as well as a fine touch of vanilla and cocoa. The palate is fruity, fresh, mineral, round and nicely fat. In the mouth it expresses notes of fresh fruit, orange, lemon and pâtisserie combined with notes of rancio and a touch of white fruit, nectarine, vanilla and toasted note on the finish. Good length and persistence in the mouth.
