Armagnac Jean Cavé 1988 – Bas-Armagnac

Armagnac Jean Cavé 1988 – Bas-Armagnac

The nose reveals notes of rancio and caramel associated with fine notes of sweet spice and vanilla. The palate is fresh, mineral, dense, beautifully fat (slight grainy and fatty matter). In the mouth it expresses notes of lemon, citrus and slight notes of nectarine associated with a few notes of leather, roasted hazelnuts, spices, toasted oak and a slight touch of menthol. Good length and persistence in the mouth.
