Armagnac Jean Cavé 1920 – Bas-Armagnac

Armagnac Jean Cavé 1920 – Bas-Armagnac

The nose is elegant, fine, delicate and aromatic. It reveals notes of raisin, grape, rancio and slight notes of dried flowers associated with a few notes of vanilla and a few notes of fruits. The palate is fresh, mineral, harmonious, well balanced and offers a beautiful small richness and a slight grainy fat. In the mouth it expresses notes of candied orange, crystallized clementine and sight notes of lemon, apricot tarte Tatin associated with a few touches of citrus candy, caramel, toasted and rancio. Good length and persistence in the mouth.
