The nose is fruity, fresh, aromatic and quite gourmand. It reveals notes of passion fruits, quenette, ripe green apple and lychee combined with small notes of lemon, tangerine, zests as well as a very subtle hint of eucalyptus. The palate is fruity, fresh, well-balanced, precise, well-built and offers a beautiful minerality, a beautiful suavity, a good definition, a good freshness, tension, fat, a slight unctuosity, a slight gourmandise as well as a slight acid frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of passion fruits, Granny Smith apple, quenette and small notes ripe lemon, ripe tangerine associated with a hint of flowers / eucalyptus, racy minerality as well as an imperceptible touch of hazelnut (in the background).
