The palate is fruity, fresh, well-balanced, precise, well-built and offers a beautiful minerality, a beautiful suavity, a good definition, a good freshness, tension, fat, a slight unctuosity, a slight gourmandise as well as a slight acid frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of passion fruits, Granny Smith apple, quenette and small notes ripe lemon, ripe tangerine associated with a hint of flowers / eucalyptus, racy minerality as well as an imperceptible touch of hazelnut (in the background).
