The nose is fruity, delicate and offers elegance. It reveals notes of bright boysenberry, pulpy/fresh raspberry and small notes of cherry associated with small touches of cornflowers, licorice as well as slight hints of lily, sweet blond tobacco, a discreet hint of spices and vanilla. The palate is fruity and offers freshness, minerality, juiciness, a nice definition, a certain gourmandize, an acidulous frame, delicacy as well as a beautiful and precise/delicate grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy blackberry, crushed cassis and small notes of bright cherry associated with small touches of juicy/fleshy small red fruits, chocolate, liquorice as well as slight toasted hints, a subtle hint of sweet blond tobacco. Good length. Tannins are precise and well managed.
