The nose is fruity, racy and offers a fine intensity as well as a very fine freshness (in the background). It reveals notes of ripe/crunchy wild blackberry, fleshy cassis and small notes of violet associated with fine hints of cornflower as well as discreet hints of racy minerality and sweet spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers freshness, minerality, a small concentration as well as a fine grain and finely tight. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/fresh blackberry, ripe/crunchy cassis and small notes of ripe/cruncyy red fruits associated with fine touches of flowers, graphite, toasted, cocoa/chocolate as well as a very discreet hint of grilled and varietal (in the background). The finish is finely tight. Tannins are finely firm and slightly dry. There is a hint of bitterness on the finish.
