
Vinitaly 2026: Italy’s wine industry gathers in Verona

From April 12 to 15, 2026, Veronafiere will host the 58th edition of Vinitaly, the international trade fair entirely dedicated to Italian wine. With 100,000 m² of exhibition space and nearly 4,000 exhibitors, 7% of whom are international, Vinitaly confirms its position as an unmissable event for professionals in the sector, offering tastings, masterclasses, and immersive sensory experiences.
Each year, the fair offers a unique platform to discover the latest trends, meet producers and distributors, and deepen one’s knowledge through conferences and themed workshops. From classic wines to innovative creations, each visitor can explore the richness and diversity of Italy’s wine heritage, while making essential contacts for their professional activity.
New features and experiences at Vinitaly 2026
This edition introduces several innovations: NoLo – Vinitaly Experience for low-alcohol wines, Xcellent Spirits for wine and spirits synergies, Vinitaly Tourism for wine tourism, and Vinitaly Plus, an interactive app that facilitates contacts between exhibitors and buyers.
New regional areas are making their debut: Umbria in Hall D and Sicily in Hall 2.
Vinitaly 2026 also offers a rich in themes and experiences: Enolitech (wine and beer technologies), Vinitaly Bio (organic wines), International Wine Hall (productions from around the world), as well as specialized events such as Raw Wine, Amphora Revolution, and Micro Mega Wines, not to mention the Vinitaly Gourmet Experience for discovering Italian cuisine.
Among the flagship initiatives are Opera Wine, the Vinitaly Design Award, the 5StarWines – The Book guide, and the Vinitaly International Academy for training international professionals.
For the general public, Vinitaly and The City offers tastings and cellar tours in the historic center of Verona, accessible until May 3 with an experience token.
VertdeVin at Vinitaly 2026
This year, VertdeVin will have the pleasure of hosting an exclusive masterclass: “The Many Facets of Pinot Noir: A Comparative Masterclass”. Through four wines from four countries and four terroirs, participants will discover how terroir, climate, and winemaking style shape the unique character of this iconic grape variety. A discovery of the many facets of Pinot Noir, for the curious and professionals alike.
