The Legendary Cellar of Hostellerie Jérôme to Be Auctioned by Bonhams

Bonhams unveils the legendary cellar of Hostellerie Jérôme: a treasure of 25,000 bottles to be auctioned in Hong Kong, Paris and London

Bonhams will present the legendary wine cellar of Hostellerie Jérôme, the two-Michelin-starred restaurant once perched above Monaco in the village of La Turbie, across a trilogy of international auctions in Hong Kong (22 November 2025), Paris (14 February 2026) and London (April 2026). The collection, comprising more than 25,000 bottles, represents one of the most prestigious restaurant cellars ever offered at auction.

Renowned for its refined Mediterranean cuisine and exceptional hospitality, Hostellerie Jérôme was led by celebrated chef Bruno Cirino, who built his reputation on purity of flavour, local produce and uncompromising quality. Its cellar, curated over three decades by Bruno and Marion Cirino, reflects the same pursuit of excellence, bringing together the finest wines from Bordeaux, Bourgogne, Champagne and the Rhône Valley. Every bottle was purchased directly from the estates, ensuring impeccable provenance and ideal cellaring conditions.

The opening sale in Hong Kong will focus on Bourgogne’s greatest domaines, featuring rare and highly coveted bottles such as Domaine de la Romanée-Conti Vosne-Romanée Les Petits Monts 2018 (HK$90,000–120,000), Domaine Leroy Musigny 2009 (HK$400,000–550,000) and Domaine d’Auvenay Chevalier-Montrachet 2013 (HK$160,000–220,000).
