“Bordeaux Rosé, L’Autre Rosé” contest 2014
On Wednesday, May 21, 2014 at 8:30pm students (from 40 differents school) who participated in the “Bordeaux Rosé, L’Autre Rosé” Contest will meet in the ‘Hall de la Bourse’ (Place de la Bourse, Bordeaux) for the announcement of results. Pricing will be announced and presented by Bernard Burtschy (wine journalist of Le Figaro) and Franck Crouzet (Director of Communication of Castel group). This contest is an initiative of Planet-Bordeaux.
A 2014 edition of the Concours Bordeaux Rosé, L’Autre Rosé that is synonym of record participation
During the 6 months of competition more than 300 competition files were submitted by students from schools of Paris, Bordeaux, Rennes and Toulouse. Their objectives to be achieved? «Promote the trendy and friendly aspect of Bordeaux Rosé wines to 18-45years old people but always with a moderate consumption. »
After a really fine selection three competition files by category were selected. There are 6 different categories, so 18 competition files were selected. Before the awards evening on May 21 selected students will defend their project orally before a professional jury of the CIVB (Bordeaux Wines Council). The winners of each category will receive €500 but also a magnum of Bordeaux Rosé, gift certificates, but also the chance to work with the Union des Vins de Bordeaux – Bordeaux Supérieur on a national communication campaign.
Léa, a student in fashion design at Toulouse, 21 years old: « Our models are inspired by the freshness and fruitiness of Bordeaux Rosé. We chose materials with transparency to evoke lightness and elegance of Bordeaux Rosé wines. »
