A lively and fresh wine. It expresses notes of citrus combined with touches of caramel (toffee). The finish is medium long.
A complex nose, fine and finely “botritysé”. It expresses notes of grapefruit, pineapple and lime confit. Also some small notes of licorice. In mouth is well balanced, fresh, tasty and develops notes of candied fruit, apricots and little notes of honey associated with toasty notes.
A wine that expresses a more fleshy texture than the Château Rabaud-Promis 1988 but with less freshness and a little less finesse. Also a complex wine, fine, delicious and developing notes of apricot, mango, quenette, pineapple jam and passion fruit. Also some spices.
A pretty wine very successful, complex, well balanced (a near-perfect mix sugar), fine and greedy. It expresses notes of apricots, candied orange, yellow fruit and pineapple combined with notes of honey, hazelnut and spice. A well-balanced wine, perfect sweetness, notes of apricot, candied orange. Finesse in mouth and a nice long finish.
A wine a little less complex and less intense than the Château Rabaud-Promis 1986. The nose expresses notes of exotic fruits (mango) associated with light notes of clementine. The palate is fresh (characteristic of the property) and expresses orange notes of yellow fruits and exotic fruits. Also some iodine notes in the background.
A slightly more concentrated wine than the Château Rabaud-Promis 1983, with a wider aromatic range. It expresses candied citrus, white flowers, exotic fruits combined with spices as well as honeyed notes. Freshness in the mouth. A discreet but fine nose.
A good wine, rich, fresh and with fruity notes in mouth. It develops notes of dried apricots, citrus and small touches of liquorice. The finish is medium long.
A very expressive wine in the nose and mouth, however you can still feel some roasted notes and also notes of nuts. Some freshness in the background.
Notes of truffle accompanied by small citrus notes (lemon candied, clementines) associated with litchi. (cork flavors but it is valid only on this bottle.)
A rather discreet wine (“off”) as the nose despite some subtle hints of candied orange zests perceptible in the mouth.
